How to Print From Your PC and Troubleshoot Issues

Printing from a personal Windows computer

1. Download the Mobility Print software from Papercut.
   
   
2. During the set up of the Mobility Print software you will be asked to select which printers you want to set up:
   
   
   
   
3. Next you will enter your AAC account information:
   
   
   The username it is looking for is your AAC email prefix. This follows one of the following patterns:
   • first-name.last-name 
     • Charley Harper (e.g. charley.harper)
     • Charley Harper-Smith (e.g. charley.harper-smith - this is for hyphenated last names)
   • preferred-name.last-name 
     • Charley Harper [nickname or preferred name = Chuck] (e.g. chuck.harper)
   • first-initial.last-name.last-name 
     • Charley Harper Smith (e.g. c.harper.smith - this is for non-hyphenated last names
   • The password should be your AAC email password
     
     
4. Potential error
   
   
5. Once entered correctly, hit "Finish"

Removing the Printer

If you want to remove the printer or if your username changes for some reason you will need to set the printers up again using the steps above. 

To remove a printer:

1. Search for Printer in your search bar in the Windows menu
   
   
2. Select the printer you want to remove
   
   
3. Hit "Remove device"
